Nouvelle plateforme pour les investisseurs

Laâyoune – Le conseil d’administration du Centre régional d’investissement (CRI) de Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra a approuvé, mardi, le budget prévisionnel au titre de l’année 2021.

La part de la gestion dans ce budget s’élève à plus de 12,34 millions de dirhams (MDH), tandis que celle destinée à l’investissement atteint 8 MDH.

Au cours de cette réunion présidée par le wali de la région de Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra, gouverneur de la province de Laâyoune, Abdeslam Bekrate, les membres du conseil d’administration ont également validé le programme d’action du CRI pour 2021.

Dans un exposé, le directeur du CRI, Mohamed Jiîfar, a mis en avant les réalisations du pôle « Maison de l’investisseur », faisant savoir que quelque 263 entreprises ont été créées jusqu’à fin septembre 2020, .

Il s’agit, a-t-il précisé, de 183 personnes morales (178 sociétés à responsabilité limitée et 5 sociétés de solidarité), et de 80 personnes physiques, pour un investissement d’environ 18 MDH.

انعقاد مجلس ادارة المركز الجهوي للاستثمار

العيون – أقر مجلس إدارة المركز الجهوي للاستثمار (CRI) في العيون-الساقية الحمراء، يوم الثلاثاء، الميزانية التوقعية لعام 2021.

تبلغ نسبة الإدارة في هذه الميزانية أكثر من 12.34 مليون درهم، في حين تصل نسبة الاستثمار إلى 8 مليون درهم.

خلال هذا الاجتماع الذي ترأسه والي منطقة العيون-الساقية الحمراء، عامل إقليم العيون، عبد السلام بكرات، وافق أعضاء مجلس الإدارة أيضًا على برنامج العمل لمركز الاستثمار لعام 2021.

قدم مدير مركز الاستثمار، محمد جعيفر، خلال عرض، إنجازات مجموعة “بيت المستثمر”، مشيرًا إلى أن حوالي 263 شركة تم إنشاؤها حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2020.

أوضح أنها تتكون من 183 شركة معنوية (178 شركة ذات مسؤولية محدودة و5 شركات تعاونية)، و80 شخصًا طبيعيًا، باستثمار يقدر بحوالي 18 مليون درهم.

New platform for investors

Laayoune – The board of directors of the Regional Investment Center (CRI) of Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra approved the budget forecast for the year 2021 on Tuesday.

The portion allocated for management in this budget amounts to more than 12.34 million Moroccan dirhams (MDH), while the investment portion reaches 8 MDH.

During this meeting chaired by the Wali (Governor) of the Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra region and Governor of the Laâyoune province, Abdeslam Bekrate, the board of directors also approved the CRI’s action plan for 2021.

In a presentation, the director of the CRI, Mohamed Jiîfar, highlighted the achievements of the “Investor’s House” hub, noting that around 263 companies had been established as of the end of September 2020.

He specified that these included 183 legal entities (178 limited liability companies and 5 solidarity companies) and 80 individuals, with an investment of approximately 18 MDH.
